Muse Lux Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Please contact the United States Postal Services directly at 1-800-275-8777 to report your lost or stolen package.
Muse Lux Jewels is not responsible for the delayed delivery due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.

Muse Lux Jewels aims to ship orders within 24-48 Business hours Mondays-Fridays. Once the order has been processed Shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days for delivery.

Muse Lux Jewels ships to the address provided at check out and is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, a store credit will be issued via email, minus the applicable shipping cost.
